Stan got his first computer 7 years sooner than I did. Gus prefers the iPhone, although he keeps calling it an iPod. After all this hoo-haa about what to call the mythical new 10” device, I think at 2 he already knows more about branding than Apple. Simplicity is always the best gimmick, according to him as least.
How childhood has changed Cool, something worth reblogging. I’ve often believed in this theory. In my book Typography & Branding, I said that to anticipate present trends, it is useful to look at what designs people were exposed to in their childhoods.
