JRA Best Workplaces Survey 2010
Just completed the Best Workplaces Survey. Very interesting that the top 3 of the 12 categories are
- Culture and Values
- Common Purpose
- Communication and Cooperation
And if it’s based on the importance of cultivating a successful organisation, I would totally agree with it.
